Ben Dishner, Associate Pastor of Worship
Ben began serving PSBC on August 2004 as full time music and college minister. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1996 with his Bachelor of Music degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Theological Seminary. He has a passion for leading people in heartfelt worship and is married to Melissa Dishner. Ben and Melissa have two children, Andrew and Abigail.

Jack Willis II, Associate Pastor of Students
Jack joined the staff in February of 2007. He graduated from Cumberland College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree, minor in Special Education. Jack is finishing a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Jack’s passion is to see students come to know Jesus Christ and impact the world around them. He is happily married to Suzanne.

Charlotte Earls, Children's Ministry Director
Charlotte has been a member of PSBC since 1986. She was a volunteer in the Children's Ministry since 2000. Charlotte joined the staff in 2006. She is continuing her education through Liberty University to complete a Religion Degree. She is married to Lynn Earls and they have four children: Matthew, Cayla, Tara and Gracie.

Connie Wright, Education Director
Connie became a member of PSBC in 1994 and she joined our volunteer staff in 2002. Connie joined the staff part time in 2007. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with an Education Specialist's degree in Administration and Supervision in 2000. She is currently completing an EdD degree at ETSU in School Leadership. Connie is the wife of Donnie Wright, and they have one daughter, Shalom.

Greg Ball, Facilities Manager
Greg has been joined the PSBC support staff in 2002. Along with keeping everything clean and running smoothly at PSBC, Greg provides a lot of "encouragement" through daily doses of comic relief.
