We all go through seasons in our lives as we grow in the Lord. We start our first season as a baby and as the seasons change, we grow into a fuller understanding of our value in the Lord. Our Women’s Ministry goal is to encourage and equip women to be all that God intended; to cultivate their relationship and understand their worth in the Lord; to worship Him with praise, prayer, laughter and song; to grow in His word; to learn more about and support missions; and to find their place of service. You are invited to join with the other members of our Women’s Ministry in making a difference in this community.
Mug and Muffin
Mug and Muffin is held in January, weather permitting. Our women get together on a Saturday morning for special music, devotions, and a time of sharing about ministry opportunities for women. Everyone brings a new mug (washed and wrapped) to exchange. The women are also encouraged to bring a friend
Ladies’ Night Out
Around the first Friday of August each year we have our Ladies’ Night Out. It began as a slumber party of twelve women and has grown over the past 8 years to over 160 women having dinner and more! Women volunteer to decorate tables in a theme (Christmas, lighthouses, UT, angels, for example) demonstrating their hospitality and decorating skills. Dinner is then followed by praise and worship music as well as a speaker.
